The Astor Diamond Champagne Brunch

Building on the family legacy of the Astor family who created a style of grandeur with St. Regis New York, bringing society into a new realm and inspiring an era of lavish and decadent afternoon teas and suppers, The St. Regis Bali Resort unveils a new haven for gourmets every Sunday, of the finest Asian inspired haute cuisine, in a style that is unprecedented both in opulence and exclusivity.

Aperitif, featuring Champagne, cocktails and canapés, will be served between 11.00am to 12.30pm at the Kayuputi Champagne Bar, while Brunch begins at 12.00pm till 03.00pm.

The Brunch Package is inclusive of Aperitif at the Kayuputi Champagne Bar and Juices (Rp. 995.000 net)

The Beverage Package is inclusive of Champagne, a selection of premium red and white wines and cocktails. This package also includes a variety of digestives and cigars which will be served from 02.00pm to 3.00pm at the Kayuputi Champagne Bar (Rp. 995.000 net)

Asian influenced haute cuisine based on fresh, quality ingredients is Chef Oscar Perez's mantra in his approach to the menus at the best restaurant in Bali, Kayuputi. As he integrates Asian flavours and classic Western influences, he offers Wagyu beef from Australia, seafood from local waters as well as imported specialties. A selection of Osetra caviar and oysters varies according to season. The menu also includes delectable vegetarian selections and a variety of organic produce. Kayuputi has also been conferred several awards, the highlight being the only restaurant in Indonesia to win Best of Award of Excellence by Wine Spectator magazine for its stella list of wines.

In the Indonesian dialect, "Kayuputi" means white wood, and indeed the restaurant is a vision of white, its decor being a perfectly modern, elegant backdrop for the tranquil ocean view. Al fresco seating comes with a soft ocean breeze and an unobstructed ocean view. Guests may reserve private cabanas for dining, or opt to settle into a soft white cushion inside the high-ceilinged restaurant where the two-storey wine cellar and open kitchen add to the ambiance. The resort's sommelier is pleased to consult with guests on wine selections.

Within the restaurant, an intimate bar area beckons with a sofa deck and day beds, offering the perfect spot for the transition from day to evening cocktails before dinner. After dinner, enjoy the option of fine cigars from an elegant humidor.
