The Astor Ballroom's 3.5 metre-high ceiling and floor to ceiling windows flood the 290 square metre room with soft, natural light as they reveal the ballroom terrace and tropical gardens beyond. Fully air-conditioned, beautifully carpeted and appointed with wall coverings, richly textured draperies and fine furnishings, the pillar free venue exudes hospitality and comfort.

In addition, the Astor Pantry which resides in the Astor Ballroom makes a fitting setting for receptions. In the evenings, the option of pre-dinner cocktails on an inviting wood terrace is available.

Ideally located at the lobby and tucked in a private corner with natural sunlight, within the Business Centre (The Office), the 21 square metre John Jacob IV is fully air-conditioned and is designed to be the perfect setting for small, high-level meetings of up to 12 guests with its permanent boardroom feature. It is fully suited and equipped to handle events that require privacy with the highest level of service and technological support. In addition, this intimate room is ideal for break-out sessions.

For smaller meetings, functions or break-out sessions, the 14 square metre Newport is fully air-conditioned and located at the lobby in a private corner within the Business Centre (The Office). With a permanent boardroom feature, it can seat up to 6 guests.

Located directly at the beachfront with an expansive view of the Indian Ocean and gentle breeze from the sea, the Cloud Nine Chapel is a perfect and stunning venue for a dinner, be it wedding or corporate, which can accommodate up to 150 guests. In the most natural of settings within a tropical park and surrounded by a Chef's Garden, the Dulang is akin to a pavilion and emanates a Balinese ambience. Perfect for lunches and dinners, the Mezzanine, as its name suggests, is a private second level of Kayuputi, our Fine Beachfront Dining Restaurant and offers stunning views of the Indian Ocean. Indulge in a luxurious gastronomic experience for up to 20 guests, with a la carte and set menus. Compliment your event with our existing DJ entertainment.

Surrounded by the beautiful and lush tropical gardens, the Amphitheatre provides a perfect setting for a splendid garden wedding ceremony with an elegant white and green theme. The wedding venue caters to a bigger group of up to 80 guests in theatre style. Compliment your event with soft background music entertainment up to 07.00pm.

The Astor Foyer offers a semi indoor (covered) and outdoor venue which overlooks lush gardens. Ideal for seated dinners, stand up cocktails and dinners, this charming venue can accommodate up to 130 guests. Compliment your event with soft background music entertainment up to 10.00pm.

Known as The Office, the St. Regis Business Centre which is fully air-conditioned is located in the main lobby. The efficient staff provides full secretarial service, including typing, printing and meeting arrangements. Guests may bring their own laptops to the office, or use one of the two personal computers available. There is a charge for Internet access. The Office provides broadband and wireless services.
