• During the rainy season, the outdoor venue will be moved to The Dulang or Yoga Room.

YOGA
Meaning union, it harmonizes the mind, body and soul through exercise and breathing. Whether in the passive form (Hatha and Spiritual Yoga) or in the dynamic form (Astanga, Vinyasa or Power Yoga), Yoga has the ability to tone and improve one’s flexibility and more importantly it calms one’s mind.

BAYU SUCI (Balinese Taichi)
A form of spiritual exercise also known as Tenaga Dalam (inner power), it is based on Balinese practices. It combines both Balinese dance and some exercise techniques to relax the muscles and nervous system and de-stress the body. It also boosts metabolism, enhances the immune system, improves one’s posture, body flexibility and blood circulation.

MEDITAION
A combination of breathing control, general concentration and energy movements, it is one of the most effective ways to manage stress, refresh and calm mind and body, and enhance the feeling of happiness, love and intuition. The different techniques of movement in meditation are Giri Bhuana (health), Semadhi (enlightenment), Cakra (creative visualization) and Kundalini (opens the cakra).

PRANAYAMA (Breathing Excercise)
Controls your breathing and has many benefits including refreshing your body (sitali), controlling your eating (sitkari), balancing of hot and cold energies in your body (ida and pinggala), warming your body (So ham). The above activities are conducted in a group session but we also offer private sessions. (At a charge).
